Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. No credit card, no trial expiry. The Free plan covers most casual use cases — signing up for newsletters, one-off verification codes, throwaway accounts.
Can I switch or cancel any time?
Yes. Upgrade and downgrade are prorated automatically. Cancel any time from your account; access stays active until the end of the billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
Stripe handles billing — all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Enterprise plans can be invoiced annually via bank transfer.
How does the custom domain feature work?
Point your domain's MX record at our mail servers and add a TXT record to verify ownership. Mail addressed to anything@yourdomain.com shows up in FastMailApp.
Do you store my emails forever?
No. Emails are deleted when the mailbox TTL expires (30 min on Free, up to permanent on Enterprise). We never sell, scan, or share your mail.
Do you offer a discount for students / non-profits?
Yes — 50% off any paid plan. Send us an email from your .edu address or with your non-profit registration and we'll apply the discount.
